Withdraw from Contract Here – EU Customers
If EU consumer law applies to your purchase, you may use this page to notify GalleryThane that you wish to withdraw from your contract. You do not need to give a reason.
Subject to the applicable statutory exceptions, the withdrawal period for goods normally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the final item.
It is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal notice before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

What happens after submission?
We will send an acknowledgement of your withdrawal to the email address supplied, without undue delay. The acknowledgement will record the information submitted together with the date and time of submission.
We will then provide the applicable return instructions. Goods should normally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
Where you were informed before purchase that return costs are your responsibility, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please package returned artwork securely to prevent damage in transit.
Where a refund is due, it will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery service more expensive than our least expensive standard service are not refundable. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Faulty or damaged goods
This withdrawal procedure is separate from your legal rights concerning goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not as ordered. Using this form does not affect those rights.
