If you have a statutory right to cancel an eligible distance-sale order from LucasAbstract, trading as GalleryThane, you may use this form to notify us of your cancellation.

You do not have to use this form. You may instead send us any other clear statement confirming that you wish to cancel an eligible contract.

How to Send Your Cancellation

You may copy the relevant information above into an email and send it to jameslucasart@gmail.com, or print this form and send it by post to the address shown above.

Your cancellation communication must be sent within the applicable cancellation period. For eligible online purchases, consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell the seller that they wish to cancel.

After notifying us of an eligible cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You do not have to provide a reason for cancelling an eligible order.

This cancellation form is intended for change-of-mind cancellation rights that apply to eligible distance-sale purchases. Different rights and remedies apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

Goods that are genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
