Q. What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit or I want to return items?

A. Free replacement will be sent for all lost or damaged in transit items where possible. For unique items, a store credit or refund of the cost of the item will be issued. Goods which have been purchased by a consumer, not a business, and are not custom made to order (all prints are custom printed on your selected material with custom border requirements and to a specified size and therefore are custom items) may be returned within 14 days for a refund but must be returned unused in their original condition and in  original packaging if this was charged for separately. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of goods being delivered. The buyer is responsible for postage costs. We cannot accept returns which are not initiated before the 14th day following delivery of items. We cannot accept returns for items which are not delivered to us in their original condition within 14 days of a return being agreed. Custom printed orders or orders where sample images have been emailed to customers prior to ordering are not refundable. Custom made frames cannot be returned.

Any and all import fees relating to returned goods which we have to pay, will be deducted from the refund amount. Any goods which are refused by the buyer on the grounds that they won't pay customs or other related fees to the carrier or authorised authority will be returned to us and all associated fees including customs fees, VAT and handling charges imposed on the outbound and return journey will be deducted from the refund value along with the full cost of the original shipping method.

Where the customer has supplied the wrong or incomplete address, we will charge the full cost of postage and associated returns cost to any refund amount if applicable.

For items damaged in transit we will need to have pictures of the damaged item and packaging in order to make a claim with our couriers.
