Q. How Long will my order take to arrive?

Q. How much is shipping?
A. UK Delivery is FREE.
International Shipping charges for each order are calculated from the weight and size of the package and will be shown at the checkout before you commit to pay.
Q. How long does it take to deliver orders?
A. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. UK delivery usually takes 2-5 working days - please contact us if you have an urgent delivery request as we may be able to arrange next day delivery.
International orders usually take 5-15 woking days.
Q. Do I have to pay VAT and import Duty for orders delivered to the EU?
A. All EU orders are delivered Duty and taxes unpaid. This means you will have to pay VAT on delivery or at your post office or courier company. This is the cheapest option for our EU customers.
Q. What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit or I want to return items?
A. Free replacement will be sent for all lost or damaged in transit items where possible. For unique items, a store credit or refund of the cost of the item will be issued. Goods which are not custom made to order may be returned within 14 days for a refund but must be returned unused in their original condition and in original packaging if this was charged for separately. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of goods being delivered. The buyer is responsible for postage costs. We cannot accept returns which are not initiated before the 14th day following delivery of items. We cannot accept returns for items which are not delivered to us in their original condition within 14 days of a return being agreed. Custom printed orders or custom sixes or orders where sample images have been emailed to customers prior to ordering are not refundable. Returned goods from outside the UK and EU are subject to a 25% restocking fee, If international returns are subject to import duty, fees or taxes these will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items damaged in transit we will need to have pictures of the damaged item and packaging in order to make a claim with our couriers.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. All orders are updated with tracking details at the time of dispatch and you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. You can view our privacy policy HERE. We do not store, nor do we have access to your credit or debit card details which are processed via 3rd party secure sites such as paypal and Shopify payments.
Q. Do you have digital downloads?
A. We only sell physical art.
Q. Can I customise a print for a gift?
A. Most prints can be customised. If you have something particular in mind just fill in the form below and we can make a special listing for you.
