An original 1958 gouache on board painting of a farmhouse in the English Lake District signed by the artist in the bottom right (not visible when mounted). A beautifully painted scene which captures the often grey sky and lush green landscape of the Lake District in the North of England. This lovely painting has been reframed in a vintage gold wooden frame with a mink coloured mount and protective acrylic glazing panel.

The framed painting measures 11" (28cm) tall x 15" (38cm) wide overall and the vintage painted wooden frame with mount is approx 2.5 inches wide
