Welsh Landscape Victorian Oil Painting River Dee Winter River Scene Framed Antique Painting Wales
An original 1890's oil painting of the River Dee in the Vale of Llangollen. A loosely painted sketch of a winter river scene in muted tones with dark water, bare tree branches and snow covered ground. Painted by british artist, Harry Adams. Beautifully presented in a beige mount and gold painted decorative wooden frame with acrylic glazed front panel. One of only two Harry Adams works in my collection.
The framed painting measures 20.75" (52.5cm) tall x 25" (63.5cm) wide overall and the antique wooden frame with mount is approx. 4.5 inches wide.
