Victorian River Landscape Oil Painting Framed

A charming loosely painted river and woodland scene in muted tones. There is some annotation on the back of the wooden canvas stretcher bars which has become to worn with age to decipher.  

Mid to late 19th century framed oil on stretched canvas painting measures 11" (28cm) tall x 7 (17.5cm) wide overall and the cream painted wooden frame is approx. 0.75  inches wide.
