GalleryThane uses the Shopify Facebook & Instagram integration and the connected Meta dataset/pixel.

Depending on your privacy choices and applicable law, Meta technologies may be used to:

  • measure visits and ecommerce events;
  • measure advertising performance and conversions;
  • support audience measurement; and
  • support advertising or remarketing where permitted.

Where consent is required, relevant Marketing or Personalization processing is subject to your privacy choices.

8. Other Technology and Marketing Providers

GalleryThane may also use ecommerce, communications, reviews, advertising or sales-channel providers that use cookies or similar technologies as part of their services.

Depending on which integrations are enabled, these may include services provided by companies such as Microsoft and Pinterest, together with Shopify apps used to operate or improve the store.

The technologies actually used can change as services are added, removed or updated. Where a technology is non-essential and consent is legally required, it should operate in accordance with the relevant privacy choices made through our consent system.

9. Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies, which usually expire when you close your browser; or

Where applicable, GalleryThane provides a Data sharing opt-out facility through the privacy links on our website.

12. United Kingdom and European Visitors

Our cookie banner is configured for the United Kingdom and European regions selected in our Shopify customer privacy settings.

In these configured regions, non-essential Personalization, Marketing and Analytics technologies are subject to the relevant consent choices before being used for those purposes.

GalleryThane does not currently offer checkout or delivery to countries in the European Economic Area, but the website can remain technically accessible from those countries. Our cookie privacy controls remain configured for those visitors.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, technologies, service providers, privacy controls or legal requirements change.
