Anna Boberg Prints – Northern Lights, Harbours & Snowy Mountains
Anna Boberg prints follow northern coastal places through changing light, snow and fishing activity. Boats and buildings sit beneath much larger mountains and skies, with strong colour joining the separate parts. Explore the collection alongside Scandinavian art, harbour prints and landscape scenes.
Vertical light above the low mountain
Northern Lights, Study from North Norway spreads blue-green streaks through most of the sky over a small dark peak and water. The narrow luminous marks give the upper space its movement. The low land remains a clear but comparatively small anchor beneath the light.
Boats beneath the snowy slopes
The Harbour at Svolvær, Lofoten gathers dark hulls and tall masts beside warm waterfront buildings. Pale mountains rise closely behind them. The repeated rigging gives the harbour an intricate foreground while the larger snow-covered planes establish the scale of the surrounding land.
Dark crosses within the snowy shore
The Graveyard in the Mountains sets upright markers above pale ground beside reflective water and a steep mountain. Warm light remains near the horizon. The small foreground forms create a quieter human presence than the clustered working boats in the harbour scene.
